Achievements in the pickling industry.

Many of the techniques and designs in thermoplastic process equipment, to this day, were the vision of Cliff Crighton, our founder. Below is a list of some of these original achievements.

    • solid thermoplastic major bar pickling tank incorporating massive load support structure.
    • solid thermoplastic specialty sheet pickling tank with integral fume exhaust collection.
    • solid thermoplastic batch pickle tank for tubular products 70'+ long.
    • solid thermoplastic tanks for major electrolytic strip line at 1700 FPM.
    • solid thermoplastic tanks for continuous stainless, and titanium strip lines.

    Development and design of the first radius corner using full sheets of material, for continuous strip and batch pickling tanks.

    Significant improvements to cover designs for continuous strip line pickle tanks.
