| Advantage C&E Plastics designs and fabricates equipment and auxiliary systems using polyolefin materials, these have long been regarded as "excellent" materials to use in corrosive chemical environments. Primarily we fabricate from Polypropylene, for its value, thermal properties, and resistance to chemical attack. Copolymer Polypropylene is used when fabricating equipment, when impact resistance is a factor (such as batch pickling). We also fabricate equipment using Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Type I and II, Chlorinated Polyvinylchloride (CPVC), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), Polycarbonate, HDPE, and UHMW. Each plastic offers special advantages for different thermal, chemical, and physical conditions. When reviewing your requirements, C&E' design and engineering team will show your company which plastic material best suits your needs. |
