The Heart of Our Process
Quality Material
We work extensively with copolymer polypropylene plastic because of its many benefits in handling harsh chemicals. Copolymer polypropylene is both chemical and corrosion resistant, is lightweight and rigid, and maintains a high tensile strength. It is abrasion resilient and has excellent thermal-insulating and electrical-insulating properties. It is simple to machine, cut, and clean, and will outlast most other material types in service. Copolymer also provides greater impact resistance than other plastics such as homopolymer polypropylene and PVC. Quality Products We are deeply committed to product quality. Building top-notch equipment not only gratifies our customers, but it allows us as a company to take pride in our work. That's why we continue to be at the forefront of innovation in the use of thermoplastics. It's also the reason we extensively train our people and meticulously test our products. Quality Techniques One distinct advantage we offer is our fastidious use of nitrogen as a purging gas for all hand-bead welds in fabrication. This minor extra cost results in welds that are significantly stronger than those made with plant air alone. We are constantly looking for ways to enhance and improve our processes. We aren't afraid of change; if there is a better technique or method out there, we will discover and implement it. |
